16 Finally they left all the commandments of the Lord their God, and made them molten images, (A)even two calves, and made a grove, and worshipped all the [a]host of heaven, and served Baal.
17 And they made their sons and their daughters [b]pass through the fire, and used witchcraft and enchantments, yea, [c]sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the Lord, to anger him.
18 Therefore the Lord was exceedingly wroth with Israel, and put them out of his sight, and none was left but the tribe of Judah [d]only.
